As a landlord working in partnership with London’s Assisted Semi-independent Housing Alliance you to can help shape the lives of the young adults we support so that they gain the opportunity to “live successful and fulfilling lives”


How can you help and partner with us?

London’s Assisted Semi-independent Housing Alliance are dependent on Landlords and agents like yourself who:

  1. Want to make a difference to young adults lives and give back to society.

  2. Seeking a monthly guaranteed rental and passive income.

  3. Are in agreement to rent your property on a  long term let to provide stability and continuity of support to our young people.


Our guarantee to you!

  1. We will ensure to guarantee your monthly rent

  2. Maintain your property to a high standard and return it to you as received.

  3. Work in partnership with you so that you are satisfied with the upkeep of your property.

  4. Complete daily/weekly site inspections and risk assessment of the property (this includes bedroom inspections)

  5. Arrange for repairs to be completed by our maintenance team.


Please note: under the agreement of the property let our company- London’s Assisted Semi-independent Housing Alliance will be acting as the ‘tenant’ however the ‘occupants’ residing in the accommodation would be our young adults.

Any communications necessary will be made directly through the company to yourselves or to the occupant and at no point will you the landlord have any direct contact with the occupant, our young adults.


What do we ask from you?


  1. Your permission to rent your property on a mutual term basis

  2. Your permission for reasonable adjustments to be made such as the installation of CCTV monitoring ( Please note this is an additional security feature for the property/ young adult’s and staff. All CCTV fixtures and fitting will be removed at the end of the tenancy agreement)

  3. Valid Gas safety, electricity certificate, building insurance and HMO license (if required)
